The Coordinator, Membership and Volunteer Services, will work closely with the entire Membership and Volunteer Services Team. The coordinator will provide strong support whenever necessary to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to members and volunteers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the customer service functions for ANNA membership.
  • Assist with membership retention, engagement, and growth.
  • Maintain all aspects of the ANNA database including membership profile and templates and reporting.
  • Coordinate the processing of all membership requests for general information, supplies and publications.
  • Coordinates all aspects related to new member packets, membership renewals.
  • Cultivate strong, supportive, and collaborative relationships with teammates and the Chief of Staff, as well as volunteer leadership and other key volunteers of all groups supported by this position.
  • Coordinate the packing and shipping of exhibit material for external professional meetings.
  • Maintain oversight of office and warehouse inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Develop expertise in the use of all membership data and analytics programs, especially Fonteva.
  • Create and distribute the monthly ANNA Calendar.
  • Work on special projects and provide backup assistance to other team members as needed under the direction of the Chief of Staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree in business management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer or member experience, preferably in a non-profit association environment.
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and follow projects through to completion.
  • Must be team-oriented, with demonstrated project management, and client/liaison skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision and collaboratively with the larger AJJ, Inc. corporate team within the corporate structure.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products and the ability to learn specialized database systems, scheduling, and survey programs, as well as new systems and processes.
  • Availability to participate in conference calls that may occur outside normal business hours.
  • Ability to travel when/if necessary.
